Is postage free?
No. Unfortunately we do have to charge for delivery to ensure that the goods arrive safely. We use Royal Mail signed for at standard Royal Mail rates.
How long is delivery time?
If ordered before 1pm items are dispatched normally the same day. Orders taken after 1pm are posted within 48hours. We use Royal Mail so please allow up to 4 working days for delivery.
Is there any extra VAT to pay on goods?
No. All prices include VAT at the current rate.
Are the sizes of the bags accurate?
All bag sizes are as accurate as possible. Bags are made of a flexible material so our sizes are as close as they can be.
How accurate are the colours?
We match as close to the actual colour as possible. Please be aware that colours may vary from one computer to the next depending on your settings. We cannot guarantee that what you see is 100% accurate on screen.
Will my payment details be safe?
Yes most definitely. Payments are handled by PayPal using their secure system.
Are all my personal details safe?
We take data security very seriously. We do not pass any information on to any third parties. Your data is only used to fulfill your order.
